365 Day Return Guarantee
Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 365 days from the purchase date.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.
Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I RECEIVED?
Simply ship the item(s) back to us. Please include a note inside the package letting us know what sizes/items you need. We will cover the cost of the shipping to send the item(s) back to you. AN ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, HOW CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

HOW CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, it takes us up to a week to process. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 days after receipt.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGED ITEMS?
Please allow time for us to receive, & process your exchange. We typically get exchanges shipped out within 1 week after receiving them. In some cases, there may be a delay if we are out of stock in the size you are requesting.
